RarEarth closes the loop on critical raw materials. By turning end-of-life motors, hard-disks and e-mobility products into high-performance rare-earth alloys, we keep neodymium and dysprosium in circulation, reduce mining pressure and cut CO₂ emissions across the supply-chain. Our materials retain the magnetic strength industry needs—while lowering the environmental cost the planet can no longer afford.

Rare earth magnets are vital across multiple sectors: in e-mobility, they power traction motors, electric steering systems, e-scooters, and drones; in renewable energy, they’re used in wind turbines and hydro generators. In automation, they drive high-torque servo systems and robotic actuators, while pumps and compressors rely on brushless DC motors for chemical, HVAC, and water-treatment applications. Cooling systems benefit from ultra-fast BLDC fans (>40,000 rpm) for data centers, EV batteries, and appliances. In electronics, they enable miniature speakers, haptic actuators, vibration motors, and magnetic sensors in smartphones and wearables. Finally, in aerospace and defense, they support lightweight actuators, precision gyros, and reaction-wheel motors.

Magnets

We produce recycled NdFeB magnets in both bonded and sintered form. Our magnets are tailored to meet specific customer requirements in terms of shape, magnetic performance, and application, ensuring high-quality standards with reduced environmental impact.

Recycled Powder

We supply isotropic recycled NdFeB powder, specifically engineered for bonded magnet manufacturing. Each batch is customized to match the customer’s performance needs, supporting sustainable production without compromising on magnetic quality.

Designed and engineered using our chemical purification technology

Through our proprietary chemical purification process, we treat end-of-life magnets to remove contaminants. Rather than extracting rare earth elements, we recover the entire magnet alloy. restoring its original composition and eliminating those elements that typically degrade magnetic performance.

The result is a high-purity recycled alloy, ready for reuse in new magnet production—whether for bonded, sintered, or hot-deformed applications.
